I'm beginning a 40 day partial fast today.
I am returning to the Lord, my first love, with all my heart.
40 Day Partial Fast
2/14/14-3/26/14
Replace breakfast and lunch with protein smoothies.
(can also have zero calorie drinks and coffee)
Main Meal beginning at 7. Eat until satisfied as directed in the Warrior Diet.
